Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item you purchase from Great Little Trading Co., but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your products in their original boxes, ensuring all parts and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
